Your education You have a degree or an apprenticeship with a commercial focus.

Your experience Ideally, you have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the training sector.

Your Skills You have several years of experience and knowledge of common training management methods and tools as well as basic knowledge and initial experience in project management. You have a strong understanding of processes, knowledge and experience of agile working methods. Your German and English skills are excellent - maybe you have other language skills?

Your Soft Skills You have very good time, self- and organizational management skills. We expect a high willingness to travel for this position, both domestically and internationally. You are characterized by a convincing, motivating, winning, self-confident and professional appearance. A strong customer focus is essential for this role. You should also be a strong communicator and have a high level of intercultural competence to be able to operate successfully in a diverse environment.

Altre informazioni: General conditions: Fulltime - RAL to be defined by the Head Quarter, limited until 31st of August 2026.

Work location: Valdengo (BI) with the possibility of working in hybrid mode a few days a week.
