Job Description:DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Project Manager to join the Consulting Practice in the Public Sector industry.In Consulting, we partner with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and improve our customers' and employees' experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms.
We turn our clients' complexities into value through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.Responsibilities:Create roadmaps for development and evolution of IT Landscapes for the Public Sector, describing As Is and To Be customer environments.Support in aligning strategy, organization, operations, and processes to help our clients achieve their growth ambitions and other organizational objectives.Provide business domain (Public Sector) solutions.Help the client innovate and formulate business solutions and "technology enabled" business models to create breakthrough positions in the Public Sector marketplace.Lead and facilitate workshops focused on Public Sector matters with clients and third parties.Analyze and validate technical and functional documents.Explain how and where technology can be used to address key business processes in the Public Sector domain.Coach and support individual clients.Manage engagement teams (both on client and backoffice sides).Identify and manage project risks and assumptions and shape program governance.Work on pre-sales opportunities to create valid business cases including ROI.Develop proposed solutions addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of the company standardized and customized services.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.5+ years of experience in the Management Consulting field (Public Sector).Excellent relational skills.Analytical skills.Proactivity and ability to work in teams.Focus on goals.Attention to detail and constant focus on quality.Italian mother tongue.Fluent in English (both oral and written).We Offer:International environment.Professional growth opportunities.Competitive remuneration package.Work Location: Rome with Remote Possibility.#LI-Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
