1- Head of Maintenance Nel contesto della prossima apertura del Nobu Hotel Roma, primo Nobu hotel d'Italia, e del Nobu Restaurant Roma, si promuove la selezione di specifica figura, dinamica, motivata e brillante, orientata al dettaglio ed alla eccellenza, come di seguito rappresentato.
Si richiedono specifica e continuativa esperienza nel settore della manutenzione di immobili civili, pregressa esperienza nella medesima mansione, conoscenza e competenza in impianti elettrici, idraulici e di trattamento dell'aria.
Si richiedono spiccate capacità di valutazione delle esigenze aziendali al fine di: coordinare il team dei manutentori (interni o esterni) nelle attività quotidiane di verifica e manutenzione dell'hotel e del ristorante; coordinarsi con i capi reparti operativi per stabilire e predisporre le priorità delle attività di manutenzione per le camere degli ospiti e per le aree pubbliche; garantire che siano applicate le procedure per salute e sicurezza degli ospiti e dei dipendenti, e che i programmi di emergenza siano applicati; verificare e monitorare che le condizioni degli impianti e macchinari all'interno delle strutture siano idonee, intervenendo in caso di situazioni di allarme.
Sono necessarie spiccate doti relazionali per lavoro in team e organizzative, capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità, precisione, flessibilità oraria e riservatezza.
Domicilio a Roma. Disponibilità in tempi brevi.
I candidati che supereranno la selezione, anche a seguito di appositi test psico-attitudinali, dovranno presentare specifica documentazione relativa ai propri dati anagrafici, ai titoli posseduti, agli impieghi ed esperienze professionali maturate ed alla assenza di condanne penali e/o carichi pendenti.
Astenersi candidati senza esperienza nel settore alberghiero-ristorativo o che abbiamo partecipato a precedenti selezioni.
La tipologia contrattuale verrà definita in fase di assunzione a seguito di specifica valutazione.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno. Tempo indeterminato, a seguito di periodo di prova.
