Don´t miss this opportunity and apply today.About The Role As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to legal management team. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management principles.In this role, you'll take a proactive and comprehensive approach to managing all financial operations, ensuring the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Italian GAAP.You are trusted to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting including that all accounting entries are made in accordance with accounting laws and guidelines as well as the Alleima Group's global reporting guidelines.Your duties will also involve creating and preparing comprehensive audit documents for local audits, annual financial statements, management reports, and any ad hoc requests, ensuring thorough and precise documentation for all financial activities.Your duties will also involve creating and preparing comprehensive audit documents for local audits, annual financial statements, management reports, and any ad hoc requests, ensuring thorough and precise documentation for all financial activities.Managing the correct and timely processing of income tax, including consolidation, and handling monthly VAT returns will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Additionally, you are a trusted leader that actively support your team in their day-to-day tasks and manage general administrative issues, fostering a productive and efficient working environment. With a deep understanding of legal requirements, taxes, financial statements, and both external audits and internal controls, you bring specialist knowledge to the table.Your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new ERP systems, or your previous experience with M3, showcases your adaptability.
