Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts – Room Service to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service mainly in the Room Service, but you may be supporting any of our four outlets.
This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The starting date is estimated in August.
The impact you'll make
As one of our F&B Service Experts, you'll ensure great service for our guests by knowing every dish on the menu, making recommendations, and addressing any questions or issues promptly. Your efforts will ensure our guests feel well-fed and happy.
What you'll do
Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, checking with them that the dining experience meets their expectations.
Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
Order and restock outlet inventory.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you'll need:
Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
A safety-first approach.
Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
