We are looking for a Delivery Engagement Manager - PMO.
As a member of the team, Regulatory Solutions, leading relevant global initiatives and solutions such as Lease Accounting, Tax Provisioning and Reporting, Global Minimum Tax (and many more) you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating service delivery, monitoring performances, and continuously improving delivery process.
You will:
Define and prepare service delivery methodology and assets:
- Understand business and regulation needs, priorities, and opportunities.- Understand Solutions, product ability and features.- Collecting practices, methodology and experiences.- Develop and maintain implementing methodology and assets for service delivery.- Support development team and contribute to improve product readiness for the delivery services.
Implement and coordinate delivery services engagement:
- Implement delivery engagement process and set quality assurance protocols.- Coordinate and continuously improve communication process between solution development team and delivery services.- Assure service delivery readiness according to the GTM strategy.- Provide support to delivery services engagement in all project phases (setting up, implementation, roll out, release).- Support Partner Managers and Service Directors to develop practice and domain expertise.
Monitoring and improvement of service delivery:
- Coordinating and monitoring on going service delivery.- Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring customer service issues.- Identify customer service and product improvements and opportunities.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent- +6 years of experience in PM and/or PMO roles- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian- Proven record of defining solutions to complex problems- Proven experience in leading teams and projects towards challenging results- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks- Experience working with partner network and customer success
