We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process by demonstrating the value of the ServiceNow platform, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and delivery of compelling ServiceNow product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gather and understand customer requirements.
Customize demo environments to align with customer use cases and business processes.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, solutions, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to analyze customer pain points and objectives.
Maintain and update pre-sales documentation, templates, and tools.
Provide post-demo follow-up and technical support for potential customers as needed.

Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is a plus, but training will be provided.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, or similar frameworks.
Experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, consulting, or customer support.
Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
