Cerchiamo un Controllo Qualità Senior con una solida esperienza nel settore della produzione in ambito pasta o molitura. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile di garantire che i prodotti rispettino i più alti standard di qualità, sicurezza e conformità normativa.
Responsabilità Principali Gestione della Qualità: Supervisionare tutti gli aspetti del processo di controllo qualità, dall'ispezione delle materie prime fino al controllo finale del prodotto, assicurando la conformità con gli standard di settore e le specifiche interne.Monitoraggio dei Processi: Monitorare e valutare costantemente i processi produttivi, dalla molitura all'estrusione e all'essiccazione della pasta, identificando aree di miglioramento e garantendo la coerenza della qualità del prodotto.Test di Laboratorio e Analisi: Condurre o supervisionare i test di laboratorio su materie prime, campioni in lavorazione e prodotti finiti, inclusi test su contenuto di umidità, forza del glutine e analisi della consistenza, per assicurare che soddisfino le specifiche richieste.Conformità Normativa: Garantire che tutti i prodotti rispettino le normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza alimentare, inclusi HACCP, BRC, ISO e altri standard di settore. Mantenere aggiornate le conoscenze sulle normative e implementare le modifiche necessarie.Documentazione e Reportistica: Mantenere registri accurati di tutti i test di controllo qualità, audit e ispezioni. Generare report dettagliati per la direzione, evidenziando tendenze, non conformità e azioni correttive intraprese.Supervisione e Formazione del Team: Guidare e formare il team di controllo qualità, fornendo indicazioni sulle migliori pratiche, nuovi metodi di test e standard di qualità. Promuovere una cultura di miglioramento continuo all'interno del team.Risoluzione di Problemi: Identificare e affrontare rapidamente eventuali problemi di qualità che emergono durante la produzione, collaborando con il team di produzione per implementare azioni correttive e prevenire il ripetersi di tali problemi. Requisiti Esperienza in ambito molitorio, nel controllo qualità nell'industria alimentare, con un focus specifico sulla produzione di pasta o nella molitura.Competenze Tecniche: Solida conoscenza dei processi di produzione della pasta, inclusa la qualità delle materie prime, estrusione, essiccazione e confezionamento. Familiarità con attrezzature e procedure di test di laboratorio.Conoscenza Normativa: Approfondita conoscenza delle normative sulla sicurezza alimentare, inclusi HACCP, BRC, ISO e leggi locali sulla sicurezza alimentare.Capacità di Leadership: Provata esperienza nella gestione di un team, nella gestione di più progetti e nella promozione del miglioramento continuo nei processi di qualità.Capacità Analitiche: Eccellenti capacità di risoluzione dei problemi, con un occhio attento ai dettagli e una forte attitudine per l'analisi dei dati.Comunicazione: Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia scritte che orali, con la capacità di interagire efficacemente con membri del team, fornitori e clienti.Istruzione: Laurea in Scienze Alimentari, Chimica, Microbiologia o un campo correlato è preferibile.
