Principali responsabilità:
Gestione efficiente delle apparecchiature elettriche previste nel contratto insieme alla documentazione necessaria.
Compilazione di documenti relativi alla strumentazione e al controllo secondo il contratto (insieme al progettista El-CAD, se necessario), come:
Elenco degli strumenti
Specifiche per apparecchiature elettriche (strumenti, ecc.)
Diagrammi di interfaccia
Schemi di cablaggio
Elenchi dei segnali
Elenco delle cause ed effetti
Diagramma logico
Disegni di layout
Preparazione di vari documenti per clienti e fornitori.
Compilazione delle specifiche tecniche per strumentazione e hardware PLC/HMI.
Sollecito dei subappaltatori per apparecchiature di strumentazione e controllo.
Esecuzione di test di accettazione in fabbrica.
Coordinamento con BCAG e altri dipartimenti di strumentazione e controllo BCx.
Supporto al Project Engineer durante le riunioni con i clienti relative a strumentazione e controllo (es. riunioni di avvio, HAZOP, SIL, riunioni di chiarimento, ecc.)
Supporto tecnico ai nostri clienti durante il progetto.
Coordinamento e supporto al dipartimento di assistenza, soprattutto durante la messa in servizio.
Controllo permanente del calendario delle consegne e dei costi della parte di strumentazione e controllo.
Occasionali riunioni di progetto presso il sito del cliente.
Valutazione di potenziali nuovi fornitori insieme all'approvvigionamento e alla qualità.
Principali caratteristiche richieste:
Profilo del Candidato:
Laurea magistrale o triennale in ingegneria elettrica, ingegneria dei sistemi o formazione simile.
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in attività simili:
Ingegneria e costruzione di impianti
Industria chimica/petrolchimica
Industria dei gas industriali
Industria della raffinazione
Conoscenza delle apparecchiature rotanti e/o dei processi correlati sarebbe un vantaggio.
Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, fluente sia parlato che scritto.
