Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bozen und Mailand suchen wir eine:n Senior Project Manager:in. Das gesuchte Profil wird an der Leitung der Endphase der Projektentwicklung und des Baus von Anlagen für erneuerbare Energien mitwirken, die als EPC- oder EPCM-Projekt ausgeführt werden, wobei hauptsächlich folgenden Tätigkeiten in Eigenregie und/oder zur Unterstützung ausgeführt werden:

Schnittstelle zu den Designern für die Definition der Ausführungsprojekte und der vertraglichen Spezifikationen

Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufsabteilung und der Rechtsabteilung bei der Ausarbeitung von Verträgen

Verwaltung des Wettbewerbs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkaufsbüro

Verwaltung der Verträge und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Fristen, Kosten und Qualität durch den Auftragnehmer

Verwaltung der Genehmigungsaspekte der Projektdurchführung

Festlegung und Überwachung der Projektkosten/Budgets während der Durchführung

Verwaltung der GSE-Akten für die Beantragung und Erlangung von Fördermitteln

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen:

Diplom oder Master in Ingenieurwissenschaften

Berufserfahrung als Projekt-/Vertrags Manager im Bereich Photovoltaik/Windkraft und nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bau von Anlagen mit einer Leistung von über 1 Megawatt

Kenntnis von Softwaretools, die für das Lesen und Bearbeiten von Projekt-Dokumenten, begleitenden Berichten und deren Verwaltung erforderlich sind (z. b. Autocad, MS Project, Excel)

Muttersprache Italienisch, Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache

Persönliche Fähigkeiten:

Fähigkeit, effizient und proaktiv im Team zu arbeiten und mit allen anderen Abteilungen des Unternehmens (Entwicklung, technischer Bereich, Rechtsbteilung, Einkauf, Management, Finanzwesen, etc.) sowie mit externen Mitarbeitern zusammenzuarbeiten, um Prozesse und Effizienz der Projekte zu verbessern
