Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.Position OverviewIn partnership with Head of Organizational Development, the Senior Manager, Talent Management will contribute to the development of Pernod Ricard (PR) North America's (NA's) Talent and Performance management strategies. Your role is to oversee the Talent development and performance management programs for PR NA. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that enhance employee skills, engagement, and overall performance. Your primary focus will be on identifying and nurturing talent, creating learning and development strategies, and driving a performance-driven culture. You will lead the PR NA implementation of the Pernod Ricard Global Talent and Performance Management campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative strategies to identify, retain, monitor, and develop key talent within Pernod Ricard NA.Design and implement leadership development programs that build PRNA's internal Leadership capabilities.Provide guidance and resources to leaders to help them formulate and execute targeted development plans.In conjunction with the HR Business Partner team and the DE&I lead, develop a strategic diversity plan that ensures a diverse talent pipeline and supports business objectives.Ensure that PR NA talent pool is aligned to PR Global standards and expectations.Implements / develops global and local succession plans within PRNAPartners with the Employee Experience COE to build talent plans that close identified capability gaps.Adapt and execute PR global Talent campaigns utilizing resources with Global HR team and across PR NA.- Performance Management:Drive Culture of Performance through localized adaption of Global Performance campaigns, including leadership of annual performance evaluation and objective setting processes.Improve organizational effectiveness through the development of solutions to enhance leadership, improve productivity, empower, and engage teams, and drive a performance culture within the NA population.Partners with the global COE to implement the global performance management approach.- Succession Planning:Identify high-potential employees and create talent pools for critical roles.Work with Talent Acquisition COE to manage succession pool gaps and skill gaps to build an external bench of talent.Work with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop succession plans, including identifying successors and implementing development plans.Monitor and track the progress of high-potential employees and ensure they receive appropriate opportunities for growth.- Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.Prior experience in talent development, performance management, and/or learning and development functionsUnderstanding of talent assessment, competency frameworks, and career development practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in using learning management systems and performance management tools, Workday a plus.Solid project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate talent development programs.Ready to work with spirit?
