Bulgari S.p.A., within the Worldwide Omnichannel department based in Rome, is looking for a CRM Intern. The Customer Relationship Management team ensures a customer-centric omnichannel approach, aimed at recruiting new clients and developing the existing ones through the definition, implementation, and management of a global CRM program. The selected candidate will manage the following main activities:Support the central CRM team in spreading the CRM culture among the company, involving all relevant actors in a positive cycle of performance improvement and innovation while putting customers at the top in every dedicated initiative;Support the promotion, development, and management of a One-to-One communication program, aimed at keeping Bulgari in a top-of-mind position. This includes commercial and delight activities, set according to the client's purchasing propensity, needs, and culture;Provide input and implement the O2O materials to be used in both traditional and digital channels;Contribute to the definition of the O2M plan to support the product launches, the KCPs, and omnichannel services;Contribute to guidelines' preparation, support training execution, and provide full support to local teams.Qualifications: University degree in Economics & Management, or Marketing & CommunicationUnderstanding of marketing and communication dynamics, tailored to local culture or stakeholder needsGood knowledge of Office Suite, proficient in Power PointKnowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) – nice to haveAbility to write a brief, plan, organize, and establish own work priorities to support multiple projectsFluency in EnglishSoft Skills:Customer OrientationEffective communicationPositive, energetic, solution-oriented with a "can do" attitudeInnovationTeamwork mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
