ORDER MANAGEMENT Stiamo cercando una risorsa fortemente motivata da inserire all'interno dell'ufficio dedicato alla gestione ordini e all'area commerciale.
La risorsa risponderà direttamente al Sales Specialist Manager, collaborerà con i colleghi di dipartimento e con i dipartimenti esterni per supportare il progetto di sviluppo commerciale aziendale.
Principali mansioni: Inserimento gestione e controllo ordini;Gestione delle non conformità degli ordini di acquisto;Coordinamento dei flussi di lavoro con gli altri dipartimenti interni;Gestione dei conti visione;Gestione resi;Customer care, per supporto pre e post vendita;Attuazione di indagini commerciali tramite i diversi canali di comunicazione.Requisiti richiesti: Diploma o laurea in materie affini;Livello Inglese richiesto C1 (costituisce un plus livello Tedesco B1);Ottima propensione al cambiamento;Forte adattabilità;Esperienza almeno di 2 anni in ruoli analoghi;Si offre: Inserimento diretto in azienda con un contratto a tempo indeterminato;Buoni pasto + Welfare aziendale.Orario di lavoro: Da Lun a Ven, 8:30 - 17:30
