Project Engineering Manager

Siamo alla ricerca di un Project Engineering Manager per integrare il team di gestione progetti della nostra sede di Fano.
Il candidato ideale ha pluriennale esperienza nel coordinamento di un team di ingegneria di progetto nel settore Oil&Gas ed è in grado di gestire sia gli aspetti tecnici che economici di un progetto, in conformità alle specifiche contrattuali e in accordo con il programma di commessa.
Principali responsabilità:
Gestire e coordinare il team di ingegneri di progetto durante le fasi di studio, ingegneria e approvvigionamento;Garantire che il lavoro sia svolto in conformità con i requisiti procedurali e tecnici richiesti;Fare da interfaccia con cliente e fornitori per quanto di sua competenza, partecipando anche ai meeting settimanali e mensili;Coordinarsi con il team di pianificazione e controllo per il pieno rispetto del budget di commessa, controllando i report settimanali e mensili al fine di ridurre e ottimizzare i costi;Garantire che il progetto venga realizzato in conformità con la normativa e con gli standard contrattuali;Assicurare che tutte le questioni tecniche vengano indirizzate tempestivamente alle figure competenti per commenti e approvazioni;Supportare e coordinare i Project Engineer per assicurare il completamento del progetto dal punto di vista tecnico e l'avanzamento delle attività delle diverse discipline rispetto alla pianificazione concordata, suggerendo eventuali azioni correttive necessarie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Partecipare alla definizione dei programmi di lavoro per garantire che siano adeguati al rispetto delle scadenze concordate, e intervenire ove necessario in caso di scostamenti rilevati durante lo sviluppo delle attività; Fornire una revisione approfondita ed efficiente della documentazione tecnica, commenti e follow-up in occasione di revisioni tecniche (revisioni interne o di progetto, ecc.);Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea in ingegneria;Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in progetti nel settore Oil&Gas;Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese e buona conoscenza del Francese (plus);Conoscenza operativa degli standard, della progettazione, della costruzione, del funzionamento e della manutenzione dei sistemi e delle apparecchiature utilizzati nel settore;Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;Teamwork e Problem Solving;
