What You Can Expect
Field Sales Senior Representative (Milan): Carry out the promotion and sale of the assigned product line, according to Biomet's commercial policy, while maintaining and increasing the customer portfolio.
How You'll Create Impact
Actively seek information about the market to take the necessary measures and adapt to needs and/or trends. Attend to and acquire clinical and management customers in the assigned area, establishing sustainable business relationships. Develop the approved commercial plan in the sales area. Promote products and surgical techniques. Promote training activities among customers. Promote market development by communicating the need for new products or technologies. Follow the company's pricing policy and sales conditions. Maintain relationships with distributors. What Makes You Stand Out
