Country Automation And Facility Manager

La risorsa inserita, rispondendo direttamente al Country Manager, si occuperà di: Gestire e mantenere tutte le attrezzature e le strutture, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, macchinari, veicoli, attrezzature per ufficio e infrastrutture fisiche; Sviluppare e implementare programmi e procedure di manutenzione per garantire il corretto funzionamento e la longevità delle attrezzature; Coordinarsi con fornitori e appaltatori per riparazioni, aggiornamenti e servizi di manutenzione, se necessario; Condurre ispezioni e valutazioni regolari di attrezzature e strutture per identificare eventuali problemi o potenziali rischi; Sviluppare e implementare un programma di manutenzione preventiva per ridurre al minimo i tempi di fermo delle attrezzature e ridurre i costi di riparazione; Mantenere un inventario accurato di tutte le attrezzature, assicurandosi che i registri siano aggiornati e opportunamente documentati; Coordinare e supervisionare progetti di miglioramento delle strutture, inclusi ristrutturazioni, espansioni o trasferimenti; Gestire e allocare le risorse in modo efficace per garantire che le esigenze di attrezzature e strutture siano soddisfatte entro i limiti di budget; Garantire la conformità a tutte le normative e protocolli di sicurezza, identificando e affrontando eventuali potenziali pericoli o pratiche non conformi; Conoscenza delle procedure di manutenzione e riparazione delle attrezzature; Competenza nell'uso di sistemi di gestione della manutenzione computerizzati o software simili; Familiarità con le normative e i protocolli di sicurezza; Conoscenza dei principi di budget e allocazione delle risorse.
Si ricercano candidati che abbiano ricoperto ruoli gestionali, disponibili a girare sui vari plants dell'azienda, con spiccate doti di problem solving e coordinamento.
Capacità di interfacciarsi continuamente con i Responsabili di manutenzione dei vari plants.
Inserimento diretto in azienda.
RAL ed Inquadramento commisurati al livello di partenza della risorsa desiderata.
