RINA is currently recruiting for a Thermal engineer to join its office in Milanowithin the Materials & Technologies Division.MissionRINA is looking for a Thermal engineer to expand our Aerospace team based in MILAN (Italy)Key Accountabilities Perform thermal analysis and simulations using Thermical, ESATAN, or Thermal Desktop software.
Develop and validate thermal models for various systems and components.
Post-processing and preparation of detailed technical reports and presentations.
Support the design of test setups to validate analytical models.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize thermal designs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Participate in design reviews and provide thermal expertise to influence design decisions.
Assist in the development and improvement of thermal analysis tools and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for thermal management.
#LI-IG1EducationMaster's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringQualifications Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
Strong knowledge of thermal analysis and materials Knowledge of software THERMICAL and/or ESATAN and/or THERMAL DESKTOP (mandatory) Knowledge of 3D CAD tool (e.g.
CREO) • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Appreciated knowledge of algorithms implementation through Python programming language and/or Matlab Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
