Junior Sales Manager

The Bros Manifatture Group, headquartered in the Marche region, is a well-established company with a diversified product portfolio focusing on jewelry: Brosway Italia, the #1 fashion jewelry brand, Pianegonda, Rosato, S'Agapõ, Bros Cinturini, and Dhiva Astuccificio. It also has a presence in Italy with over 2,500 stores and in approximately 30 countries worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business contacts through research and networking.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed predetermined sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate actively with marketing and product development teams to implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events and trade fairs to expand the network and promote the products and services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and consistently update the company's CRM.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Preferably, knowledge of the fashion sector and current trends.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, with particular emphasis on Excel.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
