We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.
We love entrepreneurial people that take responsibilities from Day-1, and strive to achieve their goals. You will put your hands on different challenges, experiencing what it means to work in a fast-paced environment. You will join a young and passionate team and you will contribute on building a strategic long term planning focusing on our global sun lenses business: you will operate with our organization on creating a detailed 6 years plan
If you're someone who has shown success in analysing, diving deep into complex data, identifying process improvement opportunities and pioneering new ways to do things, we'd like to talk with you.
**PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- You love challenges and you're a team player
- You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
- You're self-starter and a quick learner
- You have achieved an Engineering/Business Degree with excellent results
- You have 1/2 years of working experience
- You own strong data analysis skills, ability to product, interpret and draw conclusions from data
- You have ability on handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You own excellent communicating skills coupled with ability on confidently present to all levels within the company. You're fluent both on Italian and English languages.

This position will be located at our Headquarters in Agordo, but you have to expect some business trips either in Italy or abroad.
