Progetto Arca è alla ricerca di 7 giovani da inserire nel progetto
Leva Civica Lombarda Volontaria 2024
presso le nostre strutture milanesi. I volontari si inseriranno nell'ambito del progetto "Giovani in Arca – percorsi di leva civica lombarda".
La partenza del progetto è prevista per il prossimo 15 ottobre 2024. La durata della Leva Civica è di 12 mesi con un impegno settimanale di circa 25 ore e un'indennità mensile di 582,50€.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
Età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni non compiuti;
Residenza in Lombardia;
Cittadinanza italiana o permesso di soggiorno con validità in corso;
POSIZIONI OFFERTE:
2 POSTI PER L'AREA MAGAZZINI & LOGISTICA
: i volontari affiancheranno lo staff logistico dei magazzini di via Sammartini 122 nell'organizzazione e nella gestione delle attività di stoccaggio, movimentazione, spedizione merci per i servizi di Progetto Arca.
2 POSTI NELL'AREA VOLONTARIATO
: i volontari affiancheranno lo staff del volontariato nell'organizzazione del lavoro degli oltre 450 volontari della Fondazione. I volontari supporteranno le attività di segretariato, programmazione e costruzione di piani per la gestione dei volontari, dalle fasi di reclutamento sino all'affiancamento nei servizi operativi. I servizi si svolgeranno negli uffici di via degli Artigianelli 6 e nelle sedi operative.

: il volontario affiancheranno il team nelle attività di progettazione, scrittura e ricerca dati di contesto. Saranno coinvolti nella gestione di progetti a carattere regionale e nazionale, nella rendicontazione qualitativa dei progetti gestiti, nella raccolta e inserimento di dati. I servizi si svolgeranno negli uffici di via degli Artigianelli 6.
1 POSTO PER L'AREA SERVIZI
: I volontari affiancheranno lo staff nelle attività di assistenza alla direzione, segreteria e sostegno ai servizi di assistenza e di accoglienza. Supporteranno la relazione con i coordinatori dei servizi e prenderanno parte alle riunioni di programmazione del team dei servizi della Fondazione. Le attività si svolgeranno negli uffici di via degli Artigianelli 6.
1 POSTO PER L'AREA AMMINISTRAZIONE
: I volontari affiancheranno lo staff nelle attività amministrative, di segreteria e rendicontazione. Seguiranno inoltre la relazione con le aree di Controllo Gestione e Acquisti, supportando lo staff nella raccolta e inserimento di dati e nella compilazione di documenti amministrativi. Le attività si svolgeranno negli uffici di via degli Artigianelli 6.
