You use your strengths to help us grow together.Has an open mind – we favor constructive feedback given in a kind way and appreciate the same in return.Is a fantastic communicator – you've got top-notch written and verbal skills in English and know how to put them to great use in everyday stakeholder management.Our Product Owner will:Work closely with the other product owners and engineering team to help design solutions for business use cases and provide input for the product roadmap.Ensure your scrum team(s) have enough business context for the solutions to be built and feel comfortable taking ownership of our solutions.Gather requirements, define, and communicate backlog based on customer outcomes.Specify features and write user stories in terms of outcomes and user flows, aided by visual tools where appropriate, and with clear acceptance criteria.Represent the targeted end users in backlog grooming sessions and ensure that complex features are appropriately scoped and broken down in the backlog.Work closely with other product owners to ensure your solutions are aligned.Work closely with the product design team to design effective end-to-end user experiences.Work closely with product architects to prioritize and clarify business value of technical enablers on the backlog for your module.Work with the scrum team to adjust where required through scope adjustment or expectation management.Build close relationships and rapport with the scrum teams.Champion incremental improvement in processes and foster an environment that encourages all team members to contribute.Provide support (i.e., last level of support) to the other PO teams when requested, and in alignment with the priorities agreed with the Product Manager.A great candidate will have:2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a software company.Experience in Trade Promo Management, pricing, promotions, or revenue optimization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
