Con l'obiettivo di promuovere, in accordo con il Corporate Hotel Manager, lo sviluppo del prodotto alberghiero e coordinare, con il supporto del team dedicato, le attività legate alle operations dell' Area Hospitality Entertainment.PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ:Definire, in accordo con il Corporate Hotel Manager, i processi Hospitality Entertainment, promuovendo le necessarie azioni a supporto dello sviluppo prodotto alberghiero per le navi della flotta;Garantire, in accordo con il Corporate Hotel Manager, la gestione del budget e forecast per il settore Hospitality;Garantire la migliore esperienza alberghiera a bordo per il Cliente;Analizzare i dati di customer experience relativamente all'offerta alberghiera per valutare le performance delle navi della flotta ed implementare le eventuali azioni correttive;Promuovere lo sviluppo del prodotto alberghiero, per massimizzare il revenue on board;Garantire, mediante il coordinamento del team dedicato, la gestione delle richieste di approvvigionamento (RDA) inerenti al settore Hospitality provenienti dalle navi.REQUISITI RICHIESTI:Esperienza pregressa nel mondo Hospitality;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Orientamento al cliente, alla performance e al risultato;Abilità nella gestione e supervisione delle attività pianificate;Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali strumenti informatici;Sensibilità ai risultati economici.
