SGB Holding ICT Division, Head Hunting Company focused on Innovation Technology & Digitalization , is looking for a brilliant ERP Manager who will join the IT Function at an important Multinational Manufacturing Company focused on the production and distribution of products and solutions for the protection and treatment of water, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, home automation and management of domestic comfort.Job Description He/she reports to IT Director and is responsible for performing professional level business systems analysis and project management activities which include planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the Company business applications and computer systems.Responsibilities • Understand the challenges and requirements of the functional business areas• Use the ICT and business expertise to optimize processes, analyze change requests, share your insights as a specialist and provide solutions• Define, design, document and implement ERP functional changes in order to improve processes and services as per the business needs• Run the ERP upgrade projects• Projects/Process/BPM:· Process analysis, elaboration and implementation of solutions in cooperation with the business departments· Continuous improvement of IT Business processes adapted to the needs of the departments· Support and further development of the ERP- system· Interface function between IT and department/key users for the ERP system and connected systems· Coaching of employees / trainees• Provide functional support of local IT systems and integrations in order to solve incidents, requests and problems• Closely work with business process owners, ERP supplier, global IT team and Internal/External Auditors• Maintain a robust ITGC Environment• Management of IT staff (1 Admin)Requirements • Bachelor degree in IT or comparable• Fluent English and Italian verbal and written skills• At least 5 years of proven working experience as an ERP/IT LEADER or similar roles• Experience with IBMi (as/400), SQL and DB2 (Mandatory)• Proven experience with ERP systems (ERP "SmeUp" is a plus)• Experience in SOX Processes (Mandatory)• Knowledge of service and support of infrastructure and ERP systems in an industrial company with several sites• Availability to occasional travelNice to have • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills• Strong ownership attitude• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Sensitive to the importance of stakeholders requirements• Ability to manage suppliers and partnersOffering • Salary between 65 - 75K;• Benefit: MBO of 15% of the salary and annual production bonus;• To be part of a dynamic and multinational scenario;• Smart working 2 times a week.Location: Biassono (MB) It is necessary to send the last version of your Curriculum Vitae written in English language La selezione avverrà previa informativa sulla protezione dei dati ai sensi degli artt.
