**Posizione**:
For our Robotics business area, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist/Spare parts Specialist.
Reporting to the Parts & Logistics Manager, you will support the Spare Parts team by reacting to customer inquiries and ensures the entire customer supply process, managing the process from the offers to the orders, as on time delivery and order growth and customer satisfaction.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotations to customers in relation of their request.
- Reach out to colleagues when needed to resolve or better understand customers' requests and prepare the quotation accordingly.
- Manage spare parts evolution with respect to product Life Cycle Managements (LCM) shifts.
- In some case contact the customer to understand better their request or to follow up the offer.
- Insert customers' orders into SAP complying to all relevant internal procedures.
- Monitor the status of orders to respect customer delivery time.
- Support in the SOX check in order to ensure the correspondence of the processes to the local/global policies.
**Requisiti**:
**Your background**:
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the role.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.
- An agile and proactive approach, with quick learning abilities and attention to details.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
