Bring your unique energy to our team of more than 20,000 people worldwide, and discover a rewarding, fulfilling, and varied career that you can take in anywhere you want to go.Job Purpose To support the timely delivery, development and surveillance of suppliers in accordance with Company policies, procedures and department objectives.Job Description Your main accountabilities will be to:Identify and lead implementation efforts of Supplier Quality objectives that improve quality, reduce lead time and cost of TechnipFMC products/servicesAttend Witness and Hold points on behalf of TechnipFMC, perform inspections at the suppliers as part of source of inspection and drop shipment processesExecute enhanced surveillance and expediting processes at the suppliersContribute in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance TechnipFMC processesConduct HSE walkthroughs and assessment, promote HSE culture in Supply ChainYou are meant for this job if: Experience in Oil and Gas industrySubstantial industry experience in production, technical or quality departmentsShow evidence of good organization and project planning skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office applications and SAPNDE, Welding experience and certificationsGood understanding of engineering documentation, ability to read and understand engineering drawings, documents and procedures to improve and maintain quality and deliverablesCommunication skills with an analytical mindsetEnthusiastic and self-motivated with a can do approachTeam player but capable of working on own initiativeSkills Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
