Il gruppo Manpower in collaborazione con Fincantieri cerca per il plant di Marghera un / a : QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno dell'ente di Qualità dello stabilimento, riportando al Capo Officina.
Gestirà un gruppo di circa 5 risorse e seguirà le attività di certificazione del completamento delle attività di scafo e allestimento di blocchi, sezioni e locali nel rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e degli standard.
In particolare, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti mansioni:
Coordinamento e gestione delle attività del gruppo di lavoroVerifica del rispetto degli standard e attività di certificazione del completamento delle attività di scafo (steel preparation) e allestimento impiantisticoCoordinamento ed interfaccia con gli altri enti di cantiereProgrammazione dell'attività, monitoraggio degli avanzamenti e relativa reportisticaRequisiti:
Diploma tecnico o titolo di livello superiore, conoscenza ottimale dei principali controlli non distruttivi e possesso di relative certificazioni, capacità di lettura disegni tecnici, conoscenza dei principali pacchetti applicativi Office, capacità relazionali, organizzative e di pianificazione, necessaria esperienza pregressa in ruoli che prevedono la gestione di risorse, gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Elemento preferenziale: possesso della certificazione di saldatura (IWI).
Completano il profilo caratteristiche quali: capacità di lavorare in spazi confinati, predisposizione al team working, capacità di gestione delle risorse, flessibilità e adattamento a un contesto sfidante.
Luogo di lavoro: Marghera (VE)
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
