About Four Seasons Hotel Milano: Welcome to Four Seasons Hotel Milano, a legendary sanctuary within Milan's Quadrilatero della Moda – the luxury fashion district.
Opened in 1993, the Hotel was the company's second property in Europe. A 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, the Hotel's meticulous restoration subtly incorporates historic references into its timeless style. Fragments of frescoes, a beautiful emblem of the building's sanctified past, create a meditative backdrop for relaxed elegant interiors with classic architectural flourishes.
The Role of Chef de Rang at Stilla bar: We currently have an opportunity for a talented Chef de Rang to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy

Reporting into the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include describing the selection of food and beverage menu items to our guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation methods, communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen, coordinating food timings, anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions, closing guest checks, being highly visible in the operation, and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.
Our IdealChef de Rang at Stilla Bar candidatewill have: Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone bar, restaurants or restaurant groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences. We are looking for a special individual whom shares our passion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests. 
The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. 
Y ou must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
