Due to continuous growth and expansion, the World's Leading Provider of English as a Second Language is seeking an energetic teacher for our school in La Spezia.
Hours will be mostly in centre, with occasional in-company courses being delivered.
Valid EU working papers are essential.
**THE TEACHER PROFILE**
1.
Native or Bilingual English speaker.
2.
Recognized Teaching qualification (CELTA or Cert Tesol preferred).
**Other qualifications such as online Tefl/Tesol will be considered with teaching experience.
3.
Ability to work within the framework of a well-defined method and system.
4.
Professional in appearance and demeanour.
5.
Energetic and enthusiastic.
6.
Computer literate.
7.
Previous EFL teaching experience is advantageous but not essential.
Full training will be provided upon successful appointment.
8.
University degree.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Teaching: Deliver classes to small groups and 1-1 learners.
Supporting students to reach the level of fluency and comprehension established in their objective.
- Feedback: Offer support and feedback to the Director of Studies, relating to student needs and learning barriers.
- Devising: Contribute to the creation of social activities and group lessons.
Plan and deliver engaging and communicative activities that incorporate a specific learning outcome.
- Help to create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment in which students make progress and achieve their goals.
