Laurea Magistrale in ingegneria elettronica, meccatronica, automotive, energetica o simili. Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel settore automotive, con focus sul pacco batteria o Battery Management System (BMS). Conoscenza approfondita delle architetture BMS e delle tecnologie di gestione delle batterie. Esperienza pratica nella progettazione, sviluppo o testing di sistemi BMS. Capacità di analizzare e ottimizzare le prestazioni dei sistemi di gestione della batteria. Interesse per la gestione di progetti e per evolversi in ruoli di maggiore responsabilità. Fluente in italiano e inglese. Eccellenti abilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team. Cosa farai? Gestirai attività legate al pacco batteria e al sistema di gestione delle batterie (BMS), con focus sulla progettazione, testing e ottimizzazione dei sistemi. Evolverai il tuo ruolo verso posizioni più gestionali. Collaborerai con i team di progettazione per garantire l'integrazione dei sistemi BMS nei veicoli. Coordinerai e supervisionerai i test e le validazioni dei sistemi BMS, monitorando l'avanzamento del progetto. Interagirai con i clienti per raccogliere feedback e garantire che le soluzioni siano conformi alle loro esigenze. Cosa offriamo? Lavoro per obiettivi con monitoraggio trimestrale.
