Product Manager / Underwriting & Sales Specialist We're a tech-driven insurance company with Latvian roots, causing waves in the industry with our fresh approach. Our secret? We're seeking a skilled Underwriter to manage broker relationships, assess risks, and drive sales. If you're proactive and experienced in the insurance market, join us to make an impact
Responsibilities: Develop products, tools, and methods for risk acceptance and protection; Ongoing analysis of the market environment, competition, and emerging changes; Modify existing products and introduce new ones; Establish, maintain, and develop sales relationships with intermediaries (broker channel); Assess risks, prepare insurance offers based on received inquiries, and conclude insurance agreements in line with the strategy and underwriting guidelines; Provide product expertise and actively collaborate with the sales network (including conducting training sessions). Requirements: A higher education degree – preferred fields: insurance, law, economics, finance; A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management and sales / underwriting of property and liability insurance; Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel); Familiarity with the insurance market and practical knowledge of insurance-related issues; Analytical and creative thinking skills; Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
