ADECCO ITALIA SPA – Filiale Roma Ovest , is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivatedTender Contract AnalystAs a Tender Contract Analyst, you will be - in a Chemical Pharmaceutical Company - in the development, implementation, and maintenance of direct end-customer bids, contracts, pricing agreements, and contract analysis.
You will work collaboratively with various Business Operations functions, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Legal.Responsabilità:Responsibilities:- Drive the implementation of approved price recommendations and monitor outcomes for contracts and tenders.- Manage the contracts/tender process to ensure the Company contract or tender response and management of these agreements on the Company systems.- Continuously improve and standardize the operational price administration process in the Company.- Ensure the new/updated/correct prices are timely processed in the Company systems.- Manage and resolve all price-related queries in consultation with the business.- Analyze, evaluate, and develop contracting policies, procedures, guidance, and control for subordinate contracting activities within the bid office.- Investigate any discrepancies between prices quoted by our customers and those loaded on our systems.
Respond quickly to enable shipment of products and proactively analyze recurring root causes to drive efficiency gains.- Animate the tender team in regular follow-up meetings to anticipate problems and elaborate alternative plans if needed.
Bring bid updates, discuss potential issues, and share alternative solutions.- Set objectives and provide advice and guidance to Commercial team members as needed.- Coordinate the tender process for customers in the public and private sectors.- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, processes, and procedures regarding tender submissions.- Master the main aspects of the offer (and potentially lead): Technical Proposal, Purchasing topics, contractual aspects, schedule, risks, commercial environment, cash flow, etc.- Monitor the possibility of yearly price increases and the status of contracts, following up with the sales teams (e.g., signed or not by the customer, prolongation needed, cancellation, etc.
).- Manage the customer contracts database.- Drive the process for all Italian business units and submission of tender or contract responses.- Escalate pricing-related matters if no timely commercial response has been received.- Ensure all price discrepancies are resolved within the defined service level agreement.Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or Legal Sciences.- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
