Industria di processo solida e ben organizzata con plant produttivo di circa 100 dipendenti ci ha incaricati di ricerca il responsabile di manutenzione e ingegneria.
L'azienda si caratterizza per un forte orientamento al miglioramento produttivo ed impiantistico nell'attento rispetto del sistema qualità.
La figura si occuperà principalmente della: – Gestione della Manutenzione Ordinaria, Preventiva e Straordinaria degli Impianti – Implementazione dei piani di manutenzione preventiva.
– Gestione delle manutenzioni su condizione (CBM, Condition Based Maintenance).
– Gestione dei ricambi strategici per garantire la continuità produttiva.
– Gestione contratti con i vari appaltatori e subappaltatori ed il coordinamento del personale tecnico di manutenzione interno (3 Meccanici – 3 Elettricisti – 1 Softwerista industriale) ed esterno (1 Meccanico – 2 Elettricisti)– Valutazione delle necessità produttive legate al miglioramento degli impianti.
– Valutazione delle necessità di revamping legate al rischio di obsolescenza sugli impianti.
– Rapporto con enti per i controlli legali (vedi quelli legati all'autorizzazione unica ambientale e previsti da decreto 81/08).
– Gestione dei nuovi progetti e degli aspetti connessi agli iter autorizzativi.
– Efficientamento energetico.
Viene richiesta inoltre la disponibilità ad acquisire le seguenti nomine sulla sicurezza: – RSPP (previa abilitazione ed affiancamento per i primi 2 mesi con l'attuale RSPP)– ODV interno – Delegato alla sicurezza Collaborerà con i responsabili di funzione in merito agli aspetti legati al mantenimento delle certificazioni ISO 14001 – Ambiente – ISO 45001 – Sicurezza e al sistema di gestione e certificazione IFS – BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 La figura ideale corrisponde ad un laureato in ingegneria meccanica, elettronica o meccatronica con esperienza di almeno 10 anni come responsabile manutenzione o di ingegneria di stabilimento.
L'azienda lavora con orario giornaliero e non sono previsti turni notturni o reperibilità festive, viene comunque richiesto un minimo di disponibilità fuori orario nel caso di particolari eventi.
Inquadramento e retribuzione sono allineati a ruolo e responsabilità.
La sede di lavoro è facilmente raggiungibile dalle provincie di Treviso, Venezia ed è ubicata nell' area Nord della provincia di Padova .
