Customer Manager

Gruppo Lactalis Italia è alla ricerca di un/a Customer Manager da inserire nella BU MEAT all'interno della Direzione Commerciale.
La risorsa, riportando al Customer Team Manager Field, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Sviluppare la migliore strategia commerciale per i clienti in portafoglio nel rispetto delle politiche commerciali concordate e in coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali;
Elaborare previsioni di vendita mensili e monitorare il fatturato periodico, sviluppando in ponderata e numerica le referenze in assortimento;
Essere responsabile della negoziazione degli accordi di II livello per i clienti affidati, in materia di assortimenti, piani promozionali etc, garantendo il corretto uso dell'effort promo totale;
Declinare le linee guida aziendali sulle politiche commerciali;
Essere responsabile del conto economico delle insegne affidate;
Mantenere e sviluppare una proficua relazione con il cliente.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Laurea in Economia e Commercio o percorso equivalente;
Esperienza professionale di almeno 5/6 anni in ruoli affini;
Ottima conoscenza del settore Food Fresco;
Conoscenza avanzata dei principali strumenti informatici, ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
Ottime capacità negoziali e forte orientamento al cliente;
Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.
INFORMAZIONI CHIAVE SULLA POSIZIONE
Area di lavoro: Centro - Nord Italia, con disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio;
Sede convenzionale: Melzo (MI).
