Adecco Italia S.p.A., filiale di Alessandria, ricerca per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Gomma-plastica, con sede a Quattordio (AL), un IT Technician.
Attività principali:
- Supporto giornaliero per gli utenti in base alle priorità e alle richieste di ticket.
- Attività di assistenza per PC e smartphone: installazione, configurazione e risoluzione dei problemi.
- Gestione degli account: creazione, eliminazione, modifica degli account su tutti i sistemi.
- Provisioning, installazione, configurazione e risoluzione dei problemi del software.
- Attività di amministrazione delle stampanti: installazione/configurazione e risoluzione dei problemi.
- Gestione del backup: assicurarsi che le procedure di backup vengano eseguite correttamente e che le copie dei dati siano disponibili per gli utenti in caso di eliminazione, modifica o perdita involontaria.
- Supporto di dispositivi di fabbrica come scanner, palmari e stampanti per etichette.
- Attività di amministrazione dei server: installazione, configurazione e risoluzione dei problemi.
- Applicare policy e procedure IT in base alle regole aziendali.
Requisiti:
- Diploma di scuola superiore ad indirizzo informatico e/o Laurea in informatica
- Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza maturato all'interno di contesti aziendali.
Abilità ed esperienze speciali:
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi client e server (Microsoft in particolare).
- Conoscenza base delle infrastrutture di rete (TCP/IP, switching e routing, tecnologie WIFI, Active Directory, DNS,DHCP, servizi di stampa).
- Sono necessarie conoscenze di base sulla tecnologia di sicurezza e backup (concetti di sicurezza e backup, firewall, sistemi antivirus, sistemi di backup, VPN).
- Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
- Buone capacità di comunicazione scritta, verbale e interpersonale.
- Capacità di ricercare e analizzare problemi e sviluppare soluzioni.
- Motivazione e atteggiamento proattivo.
Inglese - Buon livello, scritto e parlato.
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Orario di lavoro: full-time dal lunedì al venerdì
Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
