This is the opportunity you've been waiting for Join our Marketing team within the Consumer Goods Business Unit and work alongside our Brand Manager for the TENA brand, a beloved brand by millions of consumers worldwide. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where you can bring your ideas to life and pursue your professional goals. You will gain access to a wide range of experiences and learn directly from industry leaders, contributing to projects that make a difference. This is an internship placement opportunity for a duration of 6 months full- time, with a possibility of extension. Position will be based in Legnano (MI), our offices are reachable with train via Rescaldina train station, plus 2 km by walk, or with car. Our building has a private parking available for all the employees.
What You Will Do Support in Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to define and implement branding and marketing strategies.
Management of Marketing Campaigns: support in planning and executing advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign effectiveness and analyze results to optimize future initiatives.
Regular market trend analysis, consumer panel research, and brand tracking: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, engage in consumer panel research, and continuously monitor brand performance
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage creativity, media, define contents and ensure website updates.
Active collaboration in creating and implementing digital communication across owned and paid channels: Proactively collaborate in developing and executing digital communication strategies on various owned and paid channels
Savi couponing follow-up and redemption analysis by activities: Monitor and analyze Savi campaigns, tracking conversion rates for digital samples, print materials, and other promotional activities
Participate in the product & packaging development process, from conception to market introduction
Help manage the brand's online presence through social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Day-to-day operational tasks: Manage routine operational tasks associated with marketing and brand management, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness
Who You Are At least a bachelor's degree is requested. We are looking for a Master of Science student or a recent Master of Science graduated in Marketing, Economics, or a related field with a strong passion for marketing and brand management.
You are fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written). English will be used in the day-by-day work (both emails and calls)
You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and have a good aptitude for data analysis
You have a genuine passion for customers and brands, and you want to actively contribute to achieving our goals.
