All'interno della divisione Strategy & Transformation siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Manager a diretto riporto del Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.
Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità: Preparare Business Plans, valutando le tendenze del mercato e dei concorrenti;
Supportare lo sviluppo della strategia organizzativa a medio lungo termine;
Condurre ricerche e analisi sull'efficacia operativa, sui processi, ecc.;
Presentare l'avanzamento del progetto e i risultati all'Executive Team;
Pianificare, implementare e gestire le raccomandazioni e dei progetti proposti;
Gestire il PMO e monitorare l'implementazione dei progetti e preparare il reporting per l'Executive Team;
Supportare e guidare i processi decisionali dell'Executive Team.
Qualifiche e competenze richieste: Da 4 ai 6 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza strategica
Abilità analitiche e di pensiero strategico;
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi;
Capacità di analisi di mercato;
Proattività e capacità di lavorare in team.

Laurea in Economia/ Ingegneria Gestionale;
Abilità analitiche e di pensiero strategico;

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi;
Capacità di analisi di mercato;
Proattività e capacità di lavorare in team.
