Il Project Manager, inserito per potenziamento del team engineering, diventerà il team leader e punto di riferimento per:
l'analisi di dettaglio dei requisiti dei progetti dell'azienda;la progettazione delle soluzioni integrate, architetture, dimensionamenti, interfacce verso macchine e applicazioni, piani di implementazione;il coordinamento del team per la realizzazione dei progetti, in coordinamento con i team dei Clienti e dei Partners ed eventuali subfornitori coinvolti.Avrà inoltre la responsabilità del gruppo di Delivery, lavorando sotto il coordinamento dell'Application Director e in collaborazione con i diversi KAM e Partner aziendali.
Competenze ed esperienzaIl Project Manager ideale ha:
Conseguito una laurea triennale in ingegneria meccatronica, dell'automazione, della produzione industriale, delle telecomunicazioni o informatica. Aver conseguito la Laurea Magistrale sarà considerato un plus;Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione e realizzazione di progetti di automazione impianti, macchine e linee di produzione, sistemi di controllo (PLC, CNC), networking di fabbrica, sistemi SCADA, e progetti di Digital Industry;Conoscenza approfondita dei principali protocolli fieldbus (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/Ip, EtherCat ecc.);Ottima conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese, B2;Forte capacità di collaborazione, intraprendenza ed empatia per lo sviluppo delle relazioni con il team e i partner dell'azienda;La conoscenza di una terza lingua, Francesce, Tedesco o Spagnolo, sarà considerata un Plus.
Possibilità di lavoro Ibrido, Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato.
