**Riporto Diretto**:Responsabile di Reparto
**Responsabilità previste dal ruolo**:
- Raccoglie e registra le informazioni inerenti il programma di entrata/uscita merci;
- Provvede all'aggiornamento contabile dello stock per gli ordini in entrata e/o gli ordini in uscita secondo le procedure aziendali e/o dei clienti, garantendone la corrispondenza qualitativa e quantitativa con i prodotti movimentati;
- Predispone la documentazione e i supporti informativi (tabulati, etichette, bolle etc ) necessari all'ingresso e/o all' uscita dei prodotti;
- Evade gli ordini secondo le istruzioni e le priorità ricevute dal/lla responsabile;
- Tiene aggiornata la mappa dei prodotti stoccati;
- Partecipa al periodico inventario fisico/contabile del magazzino;
- Predispone la reportistica operativa e i supporti alla fatturazione;
- Raccoglie i giustificativi dei servizi acquistati;
- Archivia la documentazione di sua competenza.
**Competenze e Requisiti richiesti**:
- Diploma
- Esperienza pregressa di circa 2 anni in ruoli similari nel settore della logística;
- Dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office (principalmente Excel e Word);
- Preferibile conoscenza dei software di magazzino;
- Precisione e affidabilità sul lavoro;
- Automunito/a.
