What you will do:As an Operational Distribution Expert you will be responsible for all activities related to:
Provide local and remote technical support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter (Troubleshooting);Provide local and remote operation support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter;Provide first level and specialized support to the relevant functions;Lead and train the relevant stakeholders in technical activities (use of devices, remote systems, tools, etc.) interacting with multidisciplinary groups from different countries;Support initial and critical phases of new projects/contracts (installation, commissioning, fine-tuning, KPIs achievement, etc.);Manage and support pilots and PoCs.Who you are:Master's degree in Engineering, preferably: Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication with:
2 or more years of experience;Knowledge in commercial operation aspect;Knowledge of distribution network systems and grid operations;Knowledge of Standard Protocol Communication (DLMS, PRIME, etc.);Knowledge of Technical standards and regulations applicable for smart meter devices;Knowledge of TLC networks operation (3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP, etc.);Experience in problem solving and participation of medium/high complexity project;Good knowledge of English and any other foreign language would be considered a plus.What we search in you:Deep collaboration & Openness;Engagement & Development;Decision Making;Smart & Lean Approach;Think bigger;Customer orientation.What we offer:Permanent contract in Milan;Personal growth and programs of empowerment;Extensive flexible and remote work options in accordance with organizational needs;Corporate welfare including supplemental health care, wellness programs, family and parental caring, benefits, conventions and more.www.gridspertise.com We are looking for candidates of both sexes - L.903/77 e D.
