More than 1,600 worldwide users, 4 Data Centers and 200+ Servers.The roleWe are seeking a business-oriented Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in the high-end fashion furnishing lifestyle industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating effective retail marketing strategies to boost product visibility and consumer interest. The Trade Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams, including, Product Design, Commercial & Retail, PR & Communication, Visual Merchandising, to increase Customers, Loyalty, and Revenues for successes in a competitive retail landscape.Main Activities and Responsibilities: Elaborate strategies that enhance Brand and Product visibility to effectively support Retail and Wholesale teams to drive revenues growth in each market in accordance with global business strategies and brand guidelinesCollaborate with Product Design to formulate the narrative around Products to prepare Sales tools, to train Sales & Retail teams as well as TrainersPartner with Commercial teams to elaborate yearly Wholesale & Retail marketing planning for each market to bridge the gap between Marketing & SalesCollaborate with PR & Communications to improve brand presence and campaign execution across markets through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing prioritiesLead activations programs with partners to improve brand visibilityVisit point of sales regularly to ensure a highly understanding or local demands and that the brand is visible, guidelines respectedStay updated on industry marketing trends and competitor's best practices to ensure our strategics drivers are always innovative and attractiveExperience and Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 5-7 years of experience in MarketingStrong communication & interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataThrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholdersTechnical and Soft skills: Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel)Fluent in English.
