Job Description:
For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Production Development Specialist, who will focus on designing, developing and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods.
Your responsibilities:
Design arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout;
Design the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions;
Conduct tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems;
Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques;
Ensure that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations;
Implement, analyze, and develop methods and technology for the next step of smart manufacturing;
Work closely with production management to develop and maintain our production lines in world class;
Drive the implementation of smart technology. Lead the next step of digitalization and automation of our manufacturing process.
Your background:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering;
More than 1 year of experience;
Good knowledge of Italian and English language (B2-C1);
Knowledge of 3D modelling tools is a plus;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
