**User Interface Designer**:
What are we looking for?
Laurea magistrale in Designer o percorsi similari
Esperienza nel ruolo di UI Designer di almeno 2 anni
Esperienza in progetti di Digital "Concept"
**Esperienza nella User research**: analizzare come gli utenti interagiscono con il prodotto, user interviews e creazione di User Personas
Esperienza nell'elaborazione dei flussi dell'utente quali User Flow, User Journey
**Gradita esperienza nella Usability Testing**: produrre e far testare agli utenti prototipi high-fidelity per migliorare l'usabilità del prodotto e progettazione mockup interattivi
Predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottima capacità di analisi e problem solving
Proattività, energia e forte orientamento ai risultati
