Per nota realtà corporate di taglio internazionale in ambito healthcare, siamo alla ricerca di un IT Operations Project Manager che, a diretto riporto dell'IT Operations Manager, si occuperà sia della definizione dei processi operativi sia della gestione e del controllo dell'intero ciclo di vita degli asset IT.
**Posizione**:
La figura ricercata avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Definire processi di asset management relativi a nuovi dispositivi audiologici, confrontandosi sia con stakeholder interni ed esterni;
- Progettare ed eseguire un sistema di gestione degli asset, basato sulle funzionalità di Service Now;
- Definire e gestire asset plan complessi, mettere in pratica la business impact analysis, proporre soluzioni al fine di ripristinare correttamente i servizi;
- Definire e monitorare i processi attraverso l'istituzione di KPI;
- Garantire l'aggiornamento periodico dei processi e delle procedure in ottica di continuo miglioramento;
- Gestire processi P2P in accordo con i budget;
- Gestire i rapporti con stakeholder interni all'azienda sia a livello locale sia globale e con i fornitori sul territorio al fine di garantire la qualità del servizio.
**Requisiti**:
- Possiede una laurea in Ingegneria informatica o corsi di studio affini;
- Ha pregressa esperienza di 2-4 anni in ambito ICT Operations/Delivery e ha un focus sulla definizione e reingegnerizzazione dei processi;
- Possiede spiccate capacità analitiche e organizzative;
- Esperienza pregressa nella definizione di processi e in ambito change management;
- È dotato di empatia e vanta spiccate doti comunicative;
- Ha un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
