To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Senior Controller to join the Global Controlling team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: our office in Milan, Italy
Reports into: Controlling Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Workplace Type: Hybrid
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
Support to organize all A&P planning activities and financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning;
Monitor and analyse A&P investments in relation with principal business KPI (ROAS, CAC, LTV etc.)
Perform cost analysis and verify any deviation from the budget/forecast and vs previous years;
Assist monitoring and analysing costs and data;
Support the monthly and annual consolidation process with the Finance Controlling function.
Actively support Business stakeholders and A&P Business Partner in preparing business cases
Challenge and improve current ways of working, creating best-practice processes and systems to support business initiatives
The type of person we're looking for: Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
4/6+ years of experience in a similar position in an established organization;
E-commerce company experience will be considered as a plus;
Outstanding analytical abilities, precision, a result-driven orientation and aptitude for problem solving;
Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Portfolio tools;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of Navision will be considered as a strong plus;
Experience in performance marketing as a strong plus;
Occasional business trips could be required.
