If you join us in the role of Controller Specialist, this is what you can expect from us: Attractive salary and an overall competitive package Well-structured training for the job and constant support from your manager Hybrid way of working Flexible work hours Home equipment allowance Equipment needed for the role (laptop and mobile phone, including monthly mobile phone subscription) Private health insurance Healthcare cost reimbursements Voluntary pension fund (company-sponsored retirement plan or pension) As a Controller Specialist, you will be included in the Planning & Control team dedicated to the Digital Banking Solutions Business Unit (BU DBS) and will be responsible for managing the financial planning and management control activities of one of the 5 areas that make up the BU DBS.
Within the Planning team, you will be the reference partner for the area of expertise of the DBS BU, and will provide in-depth financial analyses and decision support to drive the growth and profitability of the Area and the BU.
Main Responsibilities Planning and Budgeting: Carry out annual and multi-year financial planning activities for the area of expertise, in line with the Group's strategic objectives.
Financial analysis: Prepare periodic budgets and forecasts; identify and explain the variances of the final balance compared to the budgets and forecasts.
Support the BU in preparing project Business Cases.
Management control: Carry out monthly management closures on the revenue side, supervise the correct application of company rules and accounting principles, monitor the main service KPIs.
Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision making.
Reporting: Support the preparation of periodic financial reports for management, the board of directors and investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Experience needed: Education: Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or scientific disciplines.
Experience: At least 3-5 years in management consultancy and/or in the Finance area, preferably in multinational companies or in complex contexts.
Technical skills: Solid knowledge of corporate finance and management control.
Full command of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Good accounting basics.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide detailed and accurate analysis.
Approach to work: Written and oral communication skills, ability to summarize the results of analyses in a simple way.
Positive and proactive attitude towards colleagues, solving problems and improving processes.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
