KYMOS offers a wide range of analytical services in Medicinal Chemistry to optimize the research, the development and the quality control for innovative, generic and biological drug substances and drug products from the preclinical stage to market.
KYMOS also has an extensive experience in developing and validating bioanalytical methods and sample analysis in any biological matrix using the latest technology. Mass spectrometry and immunology laboratories are available to carry out small molecule and biologic projects.
KYMOS is also an international group, Kymos Group, with sites in Italy, PHARMAPROGRESS and in Germany, PROLYTIC.
We are hiring a Business Developer to acquire new accounts of Kymos in Italy & South Mediterranean Area and to be responsible for the account management of the same region.
Key responsibilities: Promoting the company's expertise in analytical services (Bioanalysis and CMC of small molecules, biologics and nucleic acids) as well as advanced therapiesManaging existing relationships with Kymos' clients and partnersProactively exploring new business opportunities and identifying new clientsSupport the company in ongoing promotional activities, events, congresses and meetingsCoordinating with the marketing department to develop proposals for customersFollow up on quotes, negotiate contract terms and solve any issues faced by customersManage the CRM software (Salesforce) What we offer: Fully remote based in Italy or Hybrid in our new Italian headquarter in AnconaFixed salary based on experience + lucrative commissionsPleasant working atmosphere with cutting edge technologies and attractive premisesHarmonious, motivated and multicultural team20 holidays per yearWelfare PlanRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have: Education: Bachelor's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields, preferably with a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing2-5 years of work experience within pharmaceutical industry, as in pharma, biotech, CRO service providers and/or lab equipment & supplies, preferably in Sales Development or similar; experience working in Italian biopharmaceutical market is a plusItalian native or bilingual and English at professional level - Spanish is a plus (not mandatory)Availability for regular travel within and outside the countryProficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM softwareStrong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and achieve goalsIMPORTANT: Please note that we are only accepting CVs in English for this job position.

Additionally, it has been authorized as a partial manufacturer in quality control processes.
