POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a passionate and professional Japanese Chef to join our team and take care of our Teppanyaki cuisine.
The role will operate in our Palazzo Kitchen, our garden-view private room where guests will test the Teppanyaki cuisine on request.
Under the direction of the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef, the incumbent will assist in taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities.

RESPONSIBILITIES Basic knowledge of Teppanyaki preparations Participate creatively in the preparation of Teppanyaki menus and special food items Familiar with food hygiene and relevant health & safety standards Maintain a clean work area and uniform Ensure that all stock are kept under optimum conditions QUALIFICATIONS Eligible to work in the EU Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting Be creative, a dedicated team player, passionate about food and committed to work
