1. Scopo generale della funzione
Lo/la stagista dell'area Amministrazione-Programmi assiste e partecipa alla gestione della filiera amministrativa dei progetti nazionali ed internazionali della ETS, con focus specifico sulle rendicontazioni finanziarie periodiche, sotto la supervisione técnica dei referenti assegnati.
Nello specifico si occupa di partecipare e supportare - sulla base delle conoscenze/competenze acquisite durante il percorso formativo - ai processsi di seguito descritti,:
- controllo della gestione amministrativa dei progetti/programmi affidati;
- monitoraggio e nella corretta applicazione delle procedure amministrative della ETS e dei donatori;
- redazione della rendicontazione finanziaria dei progetti/programmi secondo i modelli e le richieste del finanziatore e della ETS;
- elaborazione dei rapporti finanziari intermedi e finali e della revisione della contabilità dei progetti affidati.
2. Attività e responsabilità
Secondo il piano di lavoro concordato con l'Administrative & Finance Programs Coordinator e i referenti assegnati, partecipa e supporta - sulla base delle conoscenze/competenze acquisite durante il percorso formativo - nella gestione dell'intero portfolio affidato, dei progetti finanziati da donatori istituzionali e non e/o da fondi propri, ovvero:
- Analisi delle procedure amministrative del/delle donatore/trici per l'elaborazione dei budget di progetto in accordo con esse, in collaborazione con i/le referenti assegnati;
- Predisposizione della documentazione amministrativa necessaria all'avvio formale dei progetti, in collaborazione con i referenti assegnati;
- Attività di monitoraggio e controllo dell'andamento finanziario, in collaborazione con i/le referenti assegnati;
- Controllo della documentazione amministrativa prodotta dai COs, dai partners e dai/dalle referenti di progetto, in collaborazione con i/le referenti assegnati;
- Ricostruzione dell'intera contabilità del progetto partendo dai report finanziari e la documentazione a supporto ricevuta per elaborare i report finanziari secondo i format e le procedure dei/delle donatori/trici, in collaborazione con i/le referenti assegnati;
- Archiviazione di tutta la documentazione raccolta secondo le procedure amministrative del/delle donatore/trici, in collaborazione con i referenti assegnati
3. Competenze richieste per svolgere il ruolo
- Preferibilmente provveniente da percorso formativo inerente l'oggetto dello stage
- Conoscenza e uso del pacchetto Office con particolare attenzione ad Excel (con formule base)
- Conoscenza Fluente della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza della lingua francese (opzionale)
