The EMEA Shared Service Center, based in Agordo (BL) is accountable for the following processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes and Balance Sheet Assets for both Italian companies and European subsidiaries.As Book to Report Coordinator, you will join the GBS, managing a team and supporting it in the following tasks:Month end accounting closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll)Ensure quality and monthly analysis on financial reports by performing key checks in the account matrix risk such as banks, fixed asset, prepayments, accruals, payroll and taxes accountsTimely proceed with Hyperion reporting fulfilling all required monthly, quarterly and yearly formsBalance sheet accounts reconciliationAudit and year end activitiesAssets Management and postingBank accounts reconciliation and postingPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:You do not see problems, you just see solutionsYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyYou have an Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management Master's Degree with excellent resultsYou have excellent English knowledge.
Any other EMEA languages are considered a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, and Arabic)You have at least 3 years experience in Accounting or AuditingYou have experience in People ManagementYou believe that without your team nothing is possibleDid you work or study abroad?
