Job DescriptionWithin the Within the P&C Retail Insurance and Technical Control unit we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. In particular, the selected candidate will be fully engaged and involved in all the sustainability (ESG - Environmental, Social and Governance) topics impacting the underwriting in terms of Regulations, Guidelines and Best Practices as well as reporting.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Directly liaise with Group Sustainability function as well as all the other central functions involved in the Sustainability (ESG) frameworkSupport our Group subsidiaries, steer, monitor and manage all the ESG topics and requirementsSet Group technical standards (including Guidelines) on Sustainability to be implemented by our Group subsidiariesSupervise the reporting delivery of our Group subsidiaries and technically support the other internal stakeholders in understanding and interpreting the figures/dataRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Master degree in Engineering, Economics or any related fieldsStrong computer skills ( MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel)possibly already an experience in Generali Group (also internship)Good knowledge of the most relevant sustainability topics Italian and English working proficiencyNice to have:Other languagesBack-ground of P&C technical insurance aspectsSoft skills:Good written and oral communicationExcellent analytical skillsStrong ability to work as part of a team, interacting with all the internal and/or external stakeholdersEntrepreneurship/accountabilityFlexibilitySynthesis capabilitiesPragmatic and structured approachAbility to work under pressureCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
